Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you love your Little Sprout collection. However, you have the right to change your mind about an online purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel and return it.

After notifying us, you must send the order back within a further 14 days.

To request a return, email contactthelittlesprout@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • Confirmation that you wish to return the order

Please wait for return instructions before sending your parcel.

The collection must be returned:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Complete

  • In its original condition

  • With all crochet keepsakes, cards, boxes and included components

  • With the sunflower seed packet unopened

Return postage

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage for unwanted items.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed. We cannot accept responsibility for a return parcel that does not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived, it will be inspected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds without undue delay and normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and its value has been diminished.

The basic outbound delivery charge will be refunded where required by law. Any additional amount paid for express or upgraded delivery may not be refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us at contactthelittlesprout@gmail.com before returning it.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs where relevant

Where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items that cannot be returned as unwanted

We may be unable to accept change-of-mind returns where:

  • The keepsakes have been used, washed or damaged after delivery

  • The collection is incomplete

  • The sunflower seed packet has been opened

  • The product is not returned in its original condition

These restrictions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
