Refund policy
Returns
We hope you love your Little Sprout keepsake collection. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all items supplied with the order.
To begin a return, please contact us at contact@thelittlesprout.co.uk with your order number.
Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thelittlesprout.co.uk.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos where possible
We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
